Yes. Lifty fits inside your shoe like an insole, and the ankle strap sits outside around your ankle.
For the best fit, wear shoes that are a little wide and deep, like lace-up sneakers or walking shoes.

No. Slide your foot into the shell, wrap the ankle strap around and secure it, then cross the lower straps over the top of your foot and fasten.
It takes a bit of practice the first few times, but becomes quick and routine after that.

Yes, Lifty is built for extended daily wear. That said, if you're new to it, we recommend easing in with a few hours at a time before wearing it for a full day.
